Training

Intensive Dutch courses for expats

For a week, 5 hours of lessons every day. Then you can take steps. When you start an intensive course in August, you can continue the course from September with weekly lessons, individually or in a group.

Intensive group lessons will take place if there are at least three participants. The
maximum number of participants is six. This way you are guaranteed to receive sufficient personal attention and many opportunities to speak.

Intensive 23/24
Outside the lessons there are practical assignments. For example, in the training 'On the way to A1' you go (with your fellow students) to a café to order something or to the market on Saturday to buy fruit or vegetables.

- from Monday till Friday
- 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM
- lunch break from 12:00 to 12:30.
- group lessons include teaching materials

Sign up via the contact form, email: info@elmolinero.nl or WhatsApp: 0651663338.

Individually

In an individual training you determine the level and pace and the alternation between theory and practice. If you want to learn a lot in a short time, the pace of the lesson is high and you have a lot of homework. Would you rather take it easy? That is also possible. However, you must take into account at least one hour of homework per lesson hour. The method is chosen based on your preference for theoretical or practical learning.

Patroon

Group lessons

In a group lesson you have 2 to 5 coursemates. The advantage of group lessons is that you can practice a lot together. Because the groups are relatively small, you will receive sufficient attention from the teacher. The pace is more or less fixed. In the link below you can see how many teaching hours are required per level.

Patroon

Duo lesson

If you want to take the lessons together with your partner or a colleague, that is of course also possible. You then decide together how you prefer to take the lessons: how many hours per week, low or high pace, theoretical or practical method. Even with duo lessons you must take into account at least one hour of homework per lesson hour.

Course

German-speaking students

If German is your native language, Dutch has its own challenges. The German and Dutch languages are so related that you can reach CEFR level B2 with fewer lessons. At the same time, the similarity of words in German and Dutch causes problems. "False friends," words that sound (almost) the same but mean different things, can lead to hilarious situations in conversation. There is therefore a special training with its own method for German-speaking students.

Dutch as second language

Those who live in the Netherlands increase their chances by learning Dutch. If you work at a company where English is the official language, it is nice if you understand the social talk of your colleagues. You increase your career opportunities in the Netherlands and moreover, Dutch is indispensable if you want to communicate with your Dutch neighbors and expand your social network.

Spanish

Learning a new language gives your brain a boost. For example, you improve your memory and that's a nice bonus?! Besides English and Mandarin, Spanish is the most widely spoken language in the world. You can also use English in Spanish-speaking countries, but with Spanish you get a lot further there. And it is a beautiful language. The Spanish group lessons will start in January 2023. For individual lessons, please contact us.

Business English

Google Translate is patient. But how much time do you have to keep looking up words, making grammatically correct sentences and striking the right tone? And what if you have a customer on the phone? Then you better be well prepared. With the Business English course you will learn to write and make phone calls flawlessly.

The group lessons business English will start in January 2023. For individual lessons you can contact us.
